- Check-out time: 10:00 am.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Security camera details: There are two outdoor cameras. One is in the rear of the house next to the bench swing in the driveway. The other is on the front of the house on the second story looking down on the driveway and deck area. These cameras are used for security purposes and monitoring of public spaces only. Both devices are visible and do not cover areas with a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas used for sleeping).
