Let your coastal vacation begin in this large home that sleeps on the beach side of 30A. Nestled between Eastern Lake and Seagrove Beach, it is ideal for a chilled-out beach vibe. There are two beach access points just a short walk away (Eastern
Lake and Walton Dunes Public Beach Access). French glass doors open to a private pool (which can be heated upon request), spa, and sun deck, as well as a shaded eating and barbecue area. With a second lounge and games area, there will be plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

There will be no arguments over who gets the primary as there are four bedrooms with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and ample closet space. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with easy access to the main living areas. On the second floor, the next bedroom includes an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed, a small tub, and direct balcony access. The third bedroom contains a double vanity and opens to the spacious balcony. The fourth bedroom sits at the rear of the house, overlooking the peaceful rear garden. A large washer/dryer is conveniently located on this level.

On the third floor is a fifth bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a full bathroom. This floor also offers a large second living room with a Ping-Pong table, a sectional with a queen sofa bed, a desk, and a wet bar with a wine chiller. There is also a separate TV room for the little ones to entertain themselves or to connect their game consoles.

The beautiful coastal design is calming, with toast wood-colored floors, white walls, high ceilings, and comfy oversized furniture to lounge on. There is a large family dining table to host meals and an outdoor shaded eating area. The large kitchen island gives ample counter space and stools to enjoy conversations while cooking. The six-burner gas stove, Viking kitchen appliances, and large pantry bring all of the conveniences of home.

The main lounge room has a 65' smart TV and Sonos sound system. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the second Lounge. Board games, boogie boards, and beach chairs add to the fun.

After enjoying your morning coffee on the porch, there are many areas to explore in addition to the local white sand beach. Golf carts and bicycles are available on-site for rental and are recommended, with plenty of local spots for fun. Centered between Seaside and Watercolor to the west and Alys and Rosemary to the east with shopping, restaurants, and natural beauty, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Nearby, The Big Chill offers entertainment, shaded outdoor eating, and shops.
