Chill out in an air-conditioned, covered patio room and play some Ping-Pong after your lake stay or swing away in the large swing on the back deck area. The home is just a short drive from the Whitewater Amphitheater, Lakeside parks, and so much more!

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
