Bike rider or beach-goer, this is a place to spend your afternoons barbecuing and picnicking on the back deck as the sea breeze rustles through the trees.
This two-story home is tucked into the woods of North Eastham, directly alongside the famous Rail Trail. Beach-goers can choose between Great Pond Beach (three miles), Nauset Light Beach (three miles), Marconi Beach (four miles), and other nearby favorites. For a true Outer Cape experience, go whale-watching from Provincetown (20 miles) and end the day at the iconic Wellfleet Cinemas (one mile).
Everything about the house feels classic and familiar, from the outdoor shower greeting you back from the beach to the interior details of warm natural wood. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen all flow into each other, each filled with sunlight and views of the surrounding forest.
After an evening spent dining on the deck and swapping stories of the day's activities, retreat indoors to find a bedroom and a sleeping den on the first floor as well as two bedrooms upstairs. Window AC, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided for you as well.
