The under-mounted deep double stainless-steel sink and granite top breakfast bar with extra storage space are only a couple of features in the upgraded kitchen. Unwind in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfortable sofas in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. In the separate laundry room, you can find a washer/dryer and the whole-home tankless water heater. The oversized primary bedroom has a comfy and inviting bed and an en suite bathroom. Outside, this home boasts a large fenced backyard with a firepit where you can gather to roast s'mores, a back deck with a bistró table and a gas grill, and a front deck.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

• 2 dogs, weighing 35 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
