- Beach chairs and extra storage are available in the basement under the unit five sign.
- A seven-night minimum stay is required by the building association. The maximum stay desired by the homeowner is three weeks. Saturday to Saturday, Saturday being the turnover day.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
