As soon as you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with an extensive sectional and a large smart TV with streaming services. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces. Yoga mats, a foam roller, and adjustable Bowflex weights are tucked away next to the shoe rack if you ever feel like working out. The primary suite enjoys a full-size desk and chair and an en suite bathroom.

- All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Tenant leases and rental agreements must contain a provision making compliance with the provisions of the governing documents (see Section 5A) and the provisions of this Policy Manual, conditions of performance by the tenant under the lease or rental agreement.
- No Owner may advertise any Unit as available for rent for transient or hotel purposes or for a term of less than thirty (30) days. No Owner may advertise any Unit for rent without identifying that the unit is located within The Plaza community by including the phrase “The Plaza Condominium Association”. Notwithstanding the Association’s fine schedule, a breach of this rule is subject to a $3,000 fine per violation. (Adopted 9/29/16).

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
