This single-story home boasts a wonderful location whether you're planning to shop, golf, hike, or simply bask in your desert surroundings. The main hub of Palm Canyon Drive - home to restaurants, nightlife, mid-century antique stores, and the Palm Springs Art Museum - is one mile west, as is scenic Tahquitz Canyon. World-class golf courses, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (eight miles), and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens (13 miles) are all within an easy drive.
The private backyard is truly something special, with a pool, a spillover spa, and trickling fountains offering a respite from the afternoon sun. Light the gas grill for an evening barbecue, dine in the welcome shade of the arbor, and linger outside for sunset in the warmth of the firepit on the patio.
