A beautiful home and excellent location. He were out for the day and came home around 6pm during a really heavy storm. The streets were flooded (1 foot deep) and the current in the street was too dangerous to cross. When we finally got home. we found the floor flooded from leaks in the bck wall and a skylight. I cleaned up all of the mess and placed trash cans to catch the water. With Hurricane Helene coming the next day, I did not feel it was safe to stay in the house. I contacted Vacasa support. No "Im sorry" for what you went through or a "Thank You" for cleaning up the mess. They gave me a credit for two future nights (I left two nights early). No credit where for the night where I cleaned up the mess. Poor customer service!

This house was adorable and looked even better than the pictures. Very clean and had thoughtful touches throughout. Great location with easy highway access. I highly recommend
