This incredible location provides a convenient staging point to explore Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams, Northern Arizona University, Downtown Flagstaff, Bearizona, Meteor Crater and so much more! The home is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, NAU, Fort Tuthill, Coconino County Fairgrounds, and downtown Flagstaff.

GUEST BEDROOM: Upgraded Queen Bed, ceiling fan, ensuite guest bathroom complete with tub/shower, sink, toilet.

BATHROOMS: There are 2.5 bathrooms.

LIVING ROOM: Fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, sleeper Sofa (queen size).

LOFT: Smart TV, ceiling fan, Futon bed (queen size), and two pullout sleeper Futon chairs (small kid size) The sleeper Futon chairs are too small for adults or larger kids.

KITCHEN: Chef-designed kitchen featuring high-end Italian Bertazzoni 6 burners stove and appliances, spices rack, Chef knives set, ice maker, dishwasher, bar seating, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee K-pods, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, toaster and toaster oven, cooking pots and pans, skillets, dishware, and flatware.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Ironing board and iron. There are also 2 snow sleds behind the laundry room door.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heating, washer & dryer, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, makeup remover and towel, hair dryer on all the bathrooms, keyless entry.
