Recent Olympic Valley guest reviews

Our son goes to palisades ski team and we had great time staying here. Very clean house, kitchen has everything we need and a very convenient location to palisade Tahoe. Thank you!

Good location.

While the property itself was spectacular, my overall experience was dampened by the disappointing Guest Service provided by Vacasa. I attempted to extend my check-out by one hour (to 11 a.m.) using the text messaging service, which was the primary method of communication with Guest Services. However, I was informed that it was 'my fault' for not reading a spam-like email, which I find unreasonable. If Guest Services can use my phone number as their main communication channel, it feels like double standards that I couldn’t use the same channel for my request. This lack of flexibility and understanding left me very disappointed.
