The unit looked exactly like the picture! Clean, spacious and cozy! During the stay the refrigerator went out causing my groceries to spoil. I reported everything and needed to replace the items for the holiday so this wasn’t the greatest experience, but thanks to Ahna (front desk associate), Bob (maintenance supervisor), and Kamiah (front desk associate) IT DEFINITELY WASN’T THE WORST! They were on top of everything and treated me as if I were family! The greatest gift of all was my items being reimbursed by the manager Bryan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I’d like to thank each one you for all of your effort and support to make my stay as comfortable as possible in the mist of these circumstances. Things will happen , but it takes the type of team effort these coworkers provide to keep the customer satisfied. They didn’t give me a chance to regret anything at all. Happy Holidays! 😉
