Situated one-half mile up Killington Access Road, The Woods is only a few miles from US-4 E and about three miles from Pico Mountain. This resort is open year-round and we offer many comfortable homes in which to relax and appreciate the finer aspects of life.

One of The Woods' most popular amenities is its spa, a world-class facility that is home to 10 private treatment rooms. The Spa offers a wide array of services, including massages, face and body treatments, manicures and pedicures, and reflexology sessions. Guests can choose from spa day packages or seasonal specials.

Housed within the Spa and Health Club is a eucalyptus steam room and a sauna - an ideal way to relax after a long day spent skiing or hiking. But the amenities don't end there. Guests will also have access to a full fitness center and tanning beds. Plus, the indoor pool is a whopping 75 feet and features a hot tub with a waterfall. On nice summer days, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and tennis courts between downtime in their private vacation home.

Attractions near The Woods

Less than two miles from The Woods lies Gifford Woods State Park, a popular fall destination known for its spectacular colors. Summer and winter visitors have access to many trails and most notably to six old-growth forest exhibits that showcase information about one of the only remaining old-growth northern hardwood forests in Vermont.

Vermont is home to more golf courses per capita than any other state in America, and The Woods is within five miles of several of these golf destinations. The Green Mountain National Golf Course, for example, located less than four miles from The Woods, was voted as the Number One Public Golf Course in Vermont and offers activities for every member of the group.

For skiing, you'll find the very best at Killington Ski Resort. In summer, nearby Bald Mountain has myriad scenic hikes. Visit the small town of Mendon for a selection of eclectic restaurants, or historic Ludlow for locally-made maple syrup and an all-around different pace.
