Recent Kings Beach guest reviews

A very lovely house with stunning views. Both I and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed the house. There was a wide selection of various dishes, coffee machine filters, aluminum foil for baking, plenty of garbage bags, a large and spacious refrigerator, and an additional mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing desserts (keeping them free from other odors). It was also very convenient to have a dishwasher. We even found seasonal decor for our table, which was a delightful surprise, as we had to leave ours at home due to lack of space in the car. We appreciated the abundance of blankets, pillows, and towels. We were also lucky with the weather—there was a beautiful snowfall, and it was incredibly pleasant to wake up in the morning and watch the snow through the panoramic windows in the room. The roads were cleared of snow in a timely manner, for which we are especially grateful. Another big plus was that we could adjust the house’s temperature to our comfort. We also easily managed to play music on the TV, which was important to us for creating a cozy atmosphere. We planned to take lots of Instagram-worthy photos and videos in this house, and we succeeded—the house is perfect for that. What upset me greatly was that, in the photos on the website, I saw firewood on the balcony for the fireplace, but unfortunately, there was none in reality. Regrettably, I did not confirm its availability beforehand. We contacted the management, but they made no effort to deliver firewood, claiming that the snowfall made it impossible. This deeply disappointed us because we were counting on creating a cozy atmosphere with the fireplace, sitting by the fire with warm conversations and hot chocolate, and taking memorable photos and videos. The fireplace with firewood was one of the main reasons we chose this villa. Had I known there would be no firewood, I would have definitely brought some with me. One other small remark—while the house was generally clean, we accidentally came across spots where dust hadn’t been wiped, particularly on the fireplace, but there weren’t many such places. Overall, the house was clean and neat, with clean dishes and a tidy kitchen. My friends and I would happily return here if we get the chance. And one final decisive factor—the low price.
