The Program does not represent nor constitute a policy of insurance. The Program is not intended to replace any form of coverage or insurance policy for the homeowner. The program is subject to specified terms, conditions, and limits. Please refer to the specific disclosures for further details. The Vacasa Accommodation Protection Program (the “Accommodation Protection Program”) is offered to homeowners who contract with Vacasa to provide Vacation Rental Services and assumes certain responsibilities regarding the homeowner’s property during guest vacation rental stays at the property. Vacasa requires all guests in every market to agree to rental terms that outline responsibility for damages, and we follow up directly in the rare instances that damage does occur outside of these states. ***Vacasa provides vacation rental management services to homeowners, including end-to-end optional services. Vacasa’s Vacation Rental Services Agreement may include optional addenda to address the homeowners’ particular requirements and/or needs through Vacasa’s facilitation of the vacation rental and guest reservations. Vacasa’s optional Accommodation Protection Program (“APP”) includes additional assumed specified obligations by Vacasa, as host and rental host platform, subject to specified limits, during each guest rental, and Vacasa’s guest rental terms. Vacasa, Inc. and its APP contractual obligations are insured by Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Company, a Fairfax Company, written through Sandhills Insurance Group, LLC d/b/a InsureStays, a licensed insurance producer and surplus lines broker. The rental host platform utilizes RentalGuardian, a dba of PAC7 Systems, LLC (“RentalGuardian”) an online software provider with a platform solution (“platform”) to power online offers, administration, document delivery and purchase and payment tools. Vacasa recommends that homeowners considering becoming a vacation homeowner should review the short-term rental insurance guide or speak with an insurance professional for information on vacation short-term rental coverage requirements and other considerations.
