Participating Vacasa home rentals require a redemption of either 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per night. Generally, the tier of points required for a property is determined based on the average cost per bedroom per night, inclusive of all taxes and fees (“Average Cost”). If the Average Cost is $250.00 or less, the redemption requires 15,000 points per bedroom per night; if the Average Cost is between $250.01 and $500.00, the redemption requires 30,000 points per bedroom per night. Rentals with an average cost of $500.01 or higher are not eligible for redemption.

Browse our website and find the home you'd like to book. Then, call Wyndham Rewards at 800-441-1034. They'll confirm that your chosen vacation rental is available for the dates of your trip, and they'll book your stay using your Wyndham Rewards points.

If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, your points will be refunded. If you cancel 30 or fewer days before check-in, your points will not be refunded.
