No smoking on property. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.

No loud parties or music allowed 24/7.

Your dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of two dogs. A cleaning fee of $75 will be added to your booking.

No outside visitors, please. Only registered guests are allowed on property.
Carpet
Please, no shoes on the carpet. You can leave shoes at the front or back doors.
Pool and hot tub
For your safety, please no glassware around the pool or hot tub. Place hot tub cover back on after every use to prevent debris from falling in.
Fireplace
Please make sure all fires are out completely after every use.
Garage
Garage is currently being used for homeowner storage and off-limits to guests.
Parking
Please park in the driveway only. Up to two cars allowed.
Saving energy
Help us save energy. Please turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and TVs whenever you leave the property.
Damages
Please report any damages immediately.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10 a.m.
We reserve the right to terminate any booking and to evict any guests who refuse to follow these house rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
