Very good location, close to the beach and downtown, the unit was clean, the laundry in the garage was a bit complicated with downloading the app, no quarters, we were in room 312, the swimming pool and the hot tub were clean, please change the air filter, it's very dusty, especially if someone is renting with a dog , for people with asthma it will be very helpful

Unit was a bit hard to find for check in- but know it’s on the second floor, and when you pull to the back to park- walk into the under parking and take the elevator- parking pass you will need from the counter in the unit. Unit was very clean, and the beds were the comfiest of our trip so far. Air conditioning worked amazingly, and the slider opens up to open the living room onto the patio that faces towards the airport. Unit could use some updating, and the wood floors are cracking, and a lot of the bathroom showers are a bit outdated. Kitchen was clean, and was like in the picture. We only stayed one night, but could see anyone enjoy this property, away from the hustle and bustle of Duval street.
