We enjoyed the large patio on this unit. And the closeness to the laundry room, had the washers not all been out of order. Luckily there was one working at the other end of complex. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Overall this condo was in nice condition. We appreciated having a full kitchen to save money by cooking a few meals ourselves. The front of the complex is "under construction" but no visible work is taking place. This didn't remarkably impact our stay other than having to go next door to the Marriott to use the fitness center. One bonus that was not advertised were chairs for the beach. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Staff in the complex were all friendly.

The condo was a good deal for the price all amenities were open and available. The view of the ocean was nice. Located close to everything you could need.
