Recent Garden District - New Orleans guest reviews

We stayed for Jazz Fest. We did our research so we knew the 91 bus was right and and could take us directly to the fairgrounds. The place was clean and spacious. Updated very well. Perfect for 4. Two bathrooms were great.

The house is very convenient to Merchant Street. The house itself is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a basic set up but there is no oven just a microwave. The master bedroom king size bed is very soft. Street side parking was easy most of the week. We had to park a block away on Friday and Saturday nights. There are lots of restaurants that are easy to walk to. Our favorite ended up being District Donuts and Sliders.

The Balcony House is a very cute place in the Garden District. It was a short couple of blocks walk to the streetcar, which we utilized frequently, and a short Uber/Lyft from downtown and the French Quarter when needed as well. The beds and bedding were comfortable, we appreciated the clothing racks and hangers, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The property management company was just a text away at all times when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!
