I was contacted at 3PM on the day of check-in about an out-of-service shower in the unit. When I asked for a discount or to cancel, I was automatically routed to Vacasa national where they assumed I wanted to cancel--however, that would have left us without a place to stay for the night. When I asked about a discount, I was told I would "absolutely" get a discount for the inconvenience and that someone would be contacting me about it soon. No one from Vacasa ever called me or e-mailed me. I understand that things happen, but I am so disappointed in the service provided from Vacasa. I stay at Camp Warnecke Estates a few times a year, and this was my first time branching out into a new unit that was managed by Vacasa. What a big mistake.
