• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• There is an electric vehicle charger located in the garage.
• There is a $100 replacement fee for any lost/stolen pool fobs.
• Streaming is available only with the guest’s accounts. This unit is not equipped with cable.
• Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There are three cameras located on the property. A doorbell camera located next to the front door, one above the back patio and one above the garage on the left hand side.
