The Eisenhower, with its vintage style screened-in porch, directly faces Catfish Lake, offering not only additional outdoor living space, but the beautiful lake and sunset views. The Eisenhower cottage is located just steps from the gently sloping shoreline of beautiful Catfish Lake and offers whole living and sleeping accommodations. This historical cottage, formerly called the Columbine, was built in 1910. The cottage was renamed The Eisenhower in 2019 in honor of General/President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who often stayed in the cabin when visiting the resort to fish and golf with his brother. This location offers its own private sand beach, three piers with boat slips, a covered outdoor grill area, fire pits, and hammocks. Just a few miles drive from downtown Eagle River, the snowmobile capital of the world.
